The registration fees, which entitle the participants to receive the 59th RSA materials and have access to coffee breaks, the welcome cocktail on Thursday evening, the lunch on Friday and the Social Dinner on Friday evening, amount to:
- SIE members (regular): 140 Euro (by 10 Sept 2018); 190 Euro (after 10 Sept 2018);
- SIE members (PhD candidates or post-doc): 60 Euro (by 10 Sept 2018); 90 Euro (after 10 Sept 2018);
- Non-SIE members: 280 Euro (by 10 Sept 2018) and 330 Euro (after 10 Sept 2018).
Participation in the tutorials and introductory sessions entails an extra (subsidised) cost of 50 Euro.
For accompanying person attending the Social Dinner a fee of 50 Euro per person is applied.
The SIE membership fee is 80 Euro (annual subscription) or 210 Euro (three-year subscription). The SIE yearly membership fee is 20 Euro for PhD students and Post-docs having defended their PhD after December 2014.
The SIE membership fee can be paid on-line along with the 59th RSA registration fee payment.
The registration fee payment is a pre-requisite for the inclusion of paper in the final programme.
