The first conference on Health, Environment, Development and Growth Economics: New Perspective and Challenges (HEDGE 2024) will take place in Pisa (Italy) on 2-4 September 2024.

The HEDGE 2024 conference wishes to be a forum to discuss and develop new approaches and methods to address the multifaceted links between economic activity on the one hand and the environment and health on the other hand. The conference will cover a variety of issues, especially concerning the following topics:

- Sustainable growth and development
- Climate change and environmental economics
- Economic epidemiology and public health
- Social interactions and social norms
- Individual behavior and strategic interactions
- Complexity and uncertainty
